A total of 1879 delegates are expected to attend the KNUT Annual Delegates Conference (ADC) to be held at the Moi International Sports Complex Kasarani Indoor Gymnasium from December 4, 2023 to December 6, 2023.
To that end, Secretary General (SG) Collins Henry Oyuu has written to the Labour Commissioner giving notice of the conference.
In a circular dated November 2, 2023, Oyuu stated that the appointed delegates MUST be fully paid up members of the Union as required by law, with priority given to the elected officials who must regularize their membership.
According to the circular, the total delegates to attend are 1879. In the regional categories, there are 211 allocated delegates from Central region, 139 from Coast, 392 from Eastern, 43 from Nairobi, 26 from North Eastern, 327 from Nyanza, 503 from Rift Valley and 238 from Western Region.
