Youth asked to identify, nurture talent to excel

Youths have been asked to utilize their talents to earn a living instead of wasting away in drug abuse.
Former National Authority for the Campaign against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (Nacada) Chairman, John Mututho said talented young people are wasting away in drinking dens for lack of support.
“Our youths are in dire need of support as most of them are losing their talents through desperation and neglect,” he said.
Mututho who spoke after receiving David Macharia, a former student who has reformed from being an addict of drug abuse and illicit drink asked parents not to stop children from utilizing concealed skills.
