County government has been asked to improve nursery schools infrastructure since they are in deplorable state.
Kieni MP, Kanini Kega said it was sad to see children learning in Early Childhood Development Education centres (ECDE) classrooms with floors full of holes or poorly done.
He expressed hope the National government will also do its part in improving primary and secondary schools.
Kega was speaking at Muthu-ini Primary School in his constituency recently during the unveiling of a modern library constructed by the Mc Collum family through the Nobelity project.
The sponsors from the United States of America have done over 24 projects in Kieni Constituency.
“We want to ask other well wishers either from this country or from outside that we have a gap that the National Government is not able to meet and so they should join hands with it so that we can improve on our infrastructure,” said the legislator.
